URGENT POST:

If your visa request is urgent and requires submission to an embassy the day it arrives at our office we must receive the package by 8am but please note that this is not possible for all embassies*.
Packages can normally be mailed to our URGENT P.O. Box using Royal Mail Special Delivery for receipt by 8am. An additional charge of £7.50 per passport is applicable:

URGENT APPLICATIONS FOR RUSSIAN VISAS:

Complete applications for submission to Russia on the same day must arrive at our office by 7:30am by courier only

COURIER DELIVERIES / IN PERSON:

CIBT is open from 7AM until 6:30PM Monday to Friday to receive consignments. Consignments delivered to the premises outside of these hours will not be signed for and are left at the sender’s risk. CIBT will not accept any responsibility arising from the delay, loss or damage of any consignment that has not been signed for by a CIBT member of staff.
