JOB DUTIES

The consultant position handles a variety of tasks such as: the provision of visa requirements to travelers with complex itineraries, management of travelers' applications, data entry, despatch, answering phone calls, responding to email queries, liaising with companies/agencies, and contacting Embassies. This position services our exclusive clientele inclusive of large international banking, oil, distillery & media firms and travel management companies.

This role is based in our Central London office steps from Victoria Station. Shifts vary with some early morning starts and late finishes.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

CIBT is looking for independent self-starters ready for the fast track in a rapidly growing company to work as consultants. Must possess exceptional communication and organisational skills, be able to quickly adapt to challenging situations, have super multi tasking abilities and be able to meet strict deadlines whilst paying fine attention to detail. 3 year.s relevant experience in the travel or finance industry is required as well and/or a related degree.
